What comes to your mind when you hear this word?

For me, it means realizing that I can breathe, think, move, and possess functional body parts both on the inside and outside. You can wish for health for yourself and your loved ones in your prayers, but it won’t come to you by itself. It’s you, who can make a difference in your well-being, at least to some extent for sure.

In this section, I want to share articles based on scientific research which explore how to improve our physical health, primarily through Pilates and other forms of exercise. These articles will present simplified findings from recent studies and may also include my personal insights on specific topics.
